Keep It Yourself (KIY)
The Idea

The Origin and Inspiration Behind Our Brand

The Why

We already know that one day it will come to this - you are greeted with a red alert of someone claiming to be you. Clearly, it is high time to bid goodbye to the have-been of the past, where your data has been compromised in someone else’s no-longer-safe-guarding domain.

What is Happening

The IT landscape has become such a game changer virtually, opening doors to more digital thieves on the prowl. We understand the pain points of smart technology in living the world today, where your identity and assets are digitalised.

Since web 2.0, we emphasise keeping it yourself, no less. Keys should be kept with the owner and not with a third-party application.

This is why we came up with KIY (Keep It Yourself).

KIY in Web 3

Now with web 3.0, self-sovereign identity in decentralised systems is the way to go but anyone can lose it forever, along with their cryptocurrencies and other digital assets.

We built KIY, the hardware key, with this in mind, making the recovery as simple as the concept of a backup key. This itself is our patented technology.

The Brand

In more detail,

K: Keep it yourself.
I: In full control.
Y: You own it.

This simple. That easy. This is our idea.

The Trademark

Our KIY trademark is registered in Singapore and Malaysia. We have filed our trademarks in major countries including US, EU, UK, Australia as well as Asian countries with high technology presence. We want our partners to trust that the identity of our brand cannot be taken away because we own it.

Keeping security simple is our core belief and we want everyone to be able to do so.
